We use quote form submissions to respond to your project request, schedule estimates, and provide ongoing service. We use traffic analytics to understand which pages are useful and which need improvement.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and respond to inquiries:

  • Vercel hosts the website and provides anonymous traffic analytics.
  • Resend delivers quote form submissions from the website to our email inbox.
  • Google Workspace handles our business email once a request reaches our inbox.

These providers process information only for the purpose of running the website and delivering messages to us. They have their own privacy practices and infrastructure security measures.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free. If you have cookies disabled in your browser, the site will still work normally.

Data retention

We retain quote form submissions for as long as they are relevant to serving you: during the estimate and project phase, and for a reasonable period afterward in case of warranty or follow-up questions. You can request that we delete your information at any time by emailing info@threshingfloors.com.

Children

Our website and services are directed at homeowners and businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
